Frequently Asked Questions

It’s a 4-hour awareness training designed to help first responders understand and manage career stress and trauma. The course combines practical tools, personal stories, and interactive elements to start important conversations about mental health in emergency services.

The training is designed for all emergency service personnel: EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, and emergency room staff. Their spouses are also encouraged to attend.

We recommend 10-30 participants per session to maintain an interactive environment while allowing for meaningful discussion.

There is no fee for the training if it is within a 2-hour driving distance of Texarkana. Outside of that area, there will be a small travel fee to cover travel costs if we deliver the training.

The standard course runs approximately 4 hours. Custom timeframes can be arranged for your department’s needs.

We come to your location – whether that’s your station, training facility, or chosen venue.
